I can't believe I didn't post this! I actually thought I had but, thinking about it, I'm pretty sure I know why I didn't: It's bloody weird.

I've probably explained this before but I'll do so again, because it's worth the fun of watching me squirm as I try and make it sound rational. There has been a preponderance of "gender swap" stories in Futurama - well, one or two - and it seems to be a popular sub-genre across whole swathes of fanfiction for reasons that are probably as varied as the stories that get written. Unfortunately most of these stories inevitably resort to two paths: porn, or "OMG boobies!!" jokes. And sometimes they do both at the same time! Being the sort of man I am I wanted to see if I could produce a story that didn't follow either of these paths, and which examined the implications of a sudden "magical" sex swap. And so I did. Anyway this picture is part of that story. Drawing Fry as a woman was challenging and, I'm afraid to say, I made her rather more attractive than I'd intended...

Which is weird. But weird in a good way, I suppose.
